Ina-Garten
Ina Garten has been an acclaimed American cookbook author over the years. Ina is also the Emmy-winning host of Food Networks longest running show Barefoot Contessa and began its run in 2002. Ina began her writing career by writing nuclear energy policies and budgets to the White House. Although she found her job intellectually stimulating initially eventually she dropped interest and decided to purchase a smaller specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. After 18 years of making her shop a massive success she sold it, and then began creating her first novel. Many different cookbooks and magazines came later. Meanwhile the Food Network show was also an enormous success. The company also offers a wide range of items ranging from cooking materials as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina, who is self-taught, has never studied at a culinary school or in the hotel. She is well-known for her effortless approach to entertainment and simple food preparation. Her best-known recipes include Skillet roasted lemon chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roast Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac and Cheese.
