Lita Rossana Ford (also known as Lita Ford is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist born in Britain. She played lead guitar as a member of The Runaways, a hard-rock group made up of girls in late 1970s. Their punk rock music and rebellious lyrics got them noticed by the rock community. Kiss Me Deadly, and Close My Eyes Forever both became big hits. However, her success was only short lived and for several years after, she went under the radar. The release of Black in 1995 was followed by 15-year wait for 'Wicked Wonderland. "Time Capsule," her debut album "Time Capsule" was released by her in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine has awarded her The Certified Guitar Legend Award.
